2. Use the support button: Click the Support button in the bottom left-hand corner of VXT. This opens our help center where you can:

  • Search our documentation for guidance.
  • Chat with Aardvark AI (bottom right) for instant answers from our knowledge base.
  • Request a human: If the AI can't help, ask it to connect you to our support team. We will follow up via email shortly.
