We first always recommend asking your team administrator for help, in case the issue can be solved immediately within your team.
If a team member cannot solve the issue, here are some steps to help you troubleshoot.
1. Click on the support button at the bottom left hand side of VXT.
- Support chat window will pop up where you can select either ‘Training’, or ‘Something went wrong’, select the most applicable option to your issue and follow the instructions to get help. A human is always available to take your request.
