Fully live
complete
Written instructions:
You're on step 7 of 7.

Do this step once you've submitted your port form or bought a new number. Run through the checklist below before your go-live date, and once more on the day. Bought a new number? It's live already, so you're good to go.
What happens on your go-live date
- Your implementation manager emails you your go-live date.
- Until then, you can make calls out on your numbers, but incoming calls keep ringing with your old provider.
- On that day, your numbers stop ringing with your old provider and start ringing in VXT. There's no gap in coverage.
- Keep your old phone service until we've confirmed your numbers have ported to VXT. Then you can cancel it.
Here's what to check before you call it done:
- Your port form is in (or you've bought a new number)
- Each number is configured (in Phone numbers it shows your call flow's name, not Ring assignee)
- Everyone has VXT on their computer and phone
- You've connected your own integration
Get VXT on your phone
So you can make and take calls wherever you are.
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search for VXT.
- Install and open it.
- Sign in the same way you did on your computer.
- Tap Allow for the microphone and notifications. VXT can't make or ring for calls without them.
You'll see the VXT home screen when it's ready.
Book your review. We'll check everything's working and answer anything that's come up.

- Chat with Aardvark AI (bottom right) for instant answers.
- Ask the AI to pass you to a person if it can't help. Our team follows up by email.
- Email us at [email protected]. Support is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
You're done when VXT is on your phone and your review is booked.
