Written instructions:
  1. Click on “Admin” in the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Click on “Members” in the admin menu.
  3. Click the “Invite people” button.
  4. Enter the emails of users you would like to invite to your VXT team, you will also need to set their role to either Member or Admin.

Member - Has access to make/receive calls.

Admin - Has access to the entire organisation, can add/delete numbers, view analytics, records and create new call flows.

To manage a profile

  1. Go to “Members” tab
  2. Click on the user you want to manage
  3. Click “Edit” button
  4. Here you can change this users permissions.
  5. Once done click “Save” to save your changes.
