Invoices greater than 30 days overdue will be automatically charged using the card on file. If invoices regularly become more than 30 days overdue you will be moved to automatic payment by card.

Domestic calls are included in your VXT Phone plan. You can call phone numbers from virtually any country. International calls are charged separately at a per minute rate.
VXT supports sending text messages domestically in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. If you attempt to send a text message to an international number it may fail to be delivered. Sending text messages is charged separately at a per-message rate.

Unlike other providers that lock you into their system, you can easily cancel your VXT subscription right in the app in just a few clicks.
If you cancel your subscription, your VXT workspace will be saved for 90 days before being removed from the system. During the period everyone in your team will no longer be able to make call or messages, but you will still have access to existing conversations and the ability to view and export records in case you need it.
