Whether you’re porting one phone number or 100, our implementation team takes care of porting your phone numbers. By, working directly with your current provider, your Implementation Manager keeps you updated, and makes sure there’s no disruption to your service.

How long does porting take?

Depending on your country, phone numbers can take between 1-4 weeks to port.

These timelines are out of our control and while we can’t speed up the process, we’ll guide you through every step and keep you updated. You can read more about the onboarding process here.

Will my service be disrupted when I port my number across?

You will be able to continue to make and receive calls with your existing provider. Whilst porting takes place, our implementation team will train you and your team on how to use and set up different parts of VXT. Once porting is complete, we will alert you when it is set to go live. VXT will start ringing with your first call. You can then turn off your previous provider.
