MyCase and Clio integration updates and new authentication controls

Integrations

  • MyCase
    • Default cases
      • Contacts now have default cases. You can choose a default case for a contact from the Phone page. When you save a call with a contact to a case in MyCase you are updating their default case. If a contact has a default case, that case will be automatically selected at the end of each call (you no longer have to search for a case every time you finish a call).
      • If a contact has a default case, SMS will be automatically associated to the case as a note.
  • Clio
    • Launched Canada region
      • You can now use the VXT integration with your Canadian Clio account.

Control

  • Restrict exporting contacts
    • Users must have the "Manage team contacts" permission to export contacts from VXT.
  • Restrict authentication method
    • Admins can specify allowed authentication methods for new users. Some customers require the use of MFA for security purposes. Now administrators can prevent new users from joining their team with authentication methods that don't support MFA.

Call flows

  • Call flow edit history
    • You can now see a preview of every past version of a call flow, and see who saved that version. That way if something goes wrong, you can quickly identify who and how.
