Propeller Advisory is a boutique accounting firm serving clients across Australia, with offices in the Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne. The firm was founded by chartered accountant Katie Bryan in 2016.

Katie didn’t always plan to start her own accounting firm, but after working across a wide range of practices, she saw a gap.

“Cloud-based accounting had arrived, but most firms were still using paper,” Katie said.

Her vision was to build a firm that embraced best tools available, not just the ones accountants had always used. Since launching, Propeller Advisory has grown to a team of 13 across two countries, and continues to break the mold with a strong focus on digital-first operations and customer-centric values.
