Statuses 🤝 Do Not Disturb on Mobile

Status & Presence

• Whether taking time off, or just going out for lunch, if you wanted to set a status and enable Do Not Disturb you had to do so separately. Now when creating a preset status for your team or setting a custom status as a one off, you can enable Do Not Disturb at the same time.

Phone

• If you have access to multiple phone numbers that support text messaging it was easy to send someone a text from the wrong number. Not anymore. VXT now remembers the last number you used to text a contact and selects it automatically.

Team

• When we released the first version of channels in 5.5.1, members of a channel received notifications for every message in that channel including threads they weren't involved in. Now when a reply is added to a thread, we only send notifications to participants of that thread. Explicitly, we only notify the creator and users who have previously replied.

Actionstep

• You can now create a new matter after finishing a call on mobile.

MyCase

• We redesigned how you save notes to MyCase after a call.

Default Matters

• We've added default matter support for Clio, Filevine, LEAP, MyCase, and Smokeball integrations.

Bug fix

• We resolved an error that prevented sending .jpg and .mp4 files in messages on Android.
