Channels

Channels are a way to organise conversations with your team. They appear on the left of the Team page, above direct messages. Channels can be public or private. Users can find, view, join and leave public channels. Private channels are for conversations that should not be open to all users. Users with the Manage channels permission, including admins, can create, and archive channels; or add and remove users from a channel.

Threads

Threads help you create organised discussions around a specific message. Users can select the reply button on a message to create a thread, or reply in an existing thread.

Reactions

Emoji reactions help you communicate without writing a message. ๐ŸŽ‰

Made it easier to change the call flow being used by a phone number.
