How did a practice manager end up with a VXT tattoo on her ankle?
A few weeks ago, I put out an ad saying anyone who got a VXT tattoo would get VXT’s AI notetaker for free. I never thought anyone would actually do it. And then I heard from Crystal Montaldo.
This time, it was Charli Walsh’s turn.
Charli is Practice Manager at Joliman Lawyers.
Before VXT, her firm had burned through three phone systems in a little over a year. So selling the switch to VXT wasn’t easy.
“When I told the team we were changing phone systems again, I had to say, 'trust me now, believe me later’,” Charli said.
“I trusted VXT…and the team, well, they certainly believe me now.
“If you run a law firm and you don’t have VXT, I feel sorry for the hours you’re [losing]...because you’re wasting so much time.”
We flew down to Melbourne to meet Charli ahead of the tattoo. All was going well, and we were ready to go. There was just one problem: the studio we’d booked was locked when we turned up. So we took the only sensible option and walked the streets of Melbourne until we found another one.
