Smarter SMS, better call flows and integration improvements

Integrations

• Clio & LEAP
  • Time entries are now logged by default, just one less thing for you to remember.
• Filevine
  • SMS are now synced with the default matter for a contact
• Bullhorn
  • Default note actions can now be set for calls from your Bullhorn integration configuration in VXT
• Smokeball
  • Fixed a bug where files sometimes fail to update when you are re-saving a call to Smokeball or when a transcription is added after you have already saved your notes

Voicemail

• Removed support for setting up new voicemail inboxes, for more information on this please see this post for more context on our decision to retire this product.

Call Flows

• Greetings and sound clips used in call flows can now be downloaded
• Fixed a bug where new call flow drafts were deleted when closed by other users

SMS & team messages

• We now show confirmation when sending SMS using the enter key
• You can now paste files into message composer to send via SMS or to your team mates

Shared messages

• Improved shared message page for small windows & mobile phones
