Mobile performance improvments and Smokeball integration updates
- We've made some behind the scenes changes to improve performance and responsiveness when placing and answering calls, especially on mobile.
- We released the following changes to the Smokeball integration on mobile:
- Create contacts in Smokeball after a call in VXT
- Save calls into Smokeball against leads, in addition to matters
- Always save calls to Smokeball as a completed task
- No longer save audio recordings to Smokeball due to their file size limits
