• Save AI notes from your calls and meetings to iManage matters. To connect iManage, open VXT, navigate to Settings, then Integrations, find iManage and connect your account.

‍PracticePanther integration ✨

• Save AI notes and billable time from your calls and meetings to PracticePanther matters. VXT syncs your PracticePanther contacts to display client information on incoming calls. To connect PracticePanther, open VXT, navigate to Settings, then Integrations, find PracticePanther and connect your account.

AI Notes

• Use tags to categorise your calls and meetings. Create a unique prompt for each tag so that your AI notes depend on the conversation. Admins can configure tags by navigating to Admin -> Configuration -> AI.
