Connect NetDocuments to VXT 🔗

‍NetDocuments integration ✨

  • Save AI notes from your calls and meetings to NetDocument matters. To connect NetDocuments, open VXT, navigate to Settings, then Integrations, find NetDocuments and connect your account.

Meet

  • Redesigned the Meet page and the way VXT looks when you're recording a meeting.
  • Improved meeting notifications by detecting calendar events in Outlook. To connect your calendar go to Settings -> Integrations, find the Microsoft integration and connect your account.
  • It's easy to accidentally continue recording long after your meeting is finished. Now VXT auto-ends meeting recordings in some cases.

Settings

  • Admins can change the status of users on their team by navigating to Admin -> Users, selecting the user they want to update, then clicking on Set status under the users profile picture.
  • We updated the default prompt VXT uses to summarise phone call and meeting transcripts. Administrators can change this setting in Admin -> Configuration -> Integrations.

Bugs

  • Users reported an issue where their presence shows as Away and they are unable to make outbound calls. An attempt at fixing the issue is included in this update.
