Faster answering on mobile

Calling

  • Faster phone call answering on mobile.
  • Transfer to voicemail. You can now transfer a call to a team member's voicemail, which sends the call straight to their voicemail without ringing them first.
  • Do not disturb. When a user has do not disturb enabled, peforming a warm transfer to that user, or adding them to a conference call is disabled.
  • Calling emergency services. It is possible to call emergency services, but VXT is not intended for use in connection with emergency, public safety, or similar services; or as a replacement for a phone service used to contact emergency, public safety, or similar services.

Integrations

  • Create new matters & leads in Smokeball when you finish a call.
  • Sync, create and save notes to MyCase companies on mobile (released on desktop Sept 26, 2025).
  • Small changes to Filevine, LEAP, Clio, Karbon, XPM and Vincere.
