Microsoft Teams Presence Integration

• By connecting to Microsoft Teams, VXT automatically detects when your presence changes in Teams and updates your Status in VXT. To connect Microsoft Teams, open VXT, navigate to Settings, then Integrations, find Microsoft Teams and connect to your account.

Actionstep

• By clicking the create matter button in the post-call dialog, you can create a new matter in Actionstep.

MyCase

• If you accidentally save your call to the wrong case, you can select a new one.

AI

• We disabled the profanity filter so profanity is no longer obscured in transcripts of phone calls and meetings.
• Transcripts are no longer saved to integrations by default. Administrators can change this setting in Admin -> Configuration -> Integrations.

Tags

• You can select a tag for your phone call in the post-call dialog e.g. Client Intake. Phone calls can only have one tag.
