Updates to the billing and credits system
Fairer credits
- We made our billing system fairer by applying your credits for any removed users or phone numbers to your next invoice, instead of the next time your full subscription renews.
- Before this update, if you added a new user after removing an old user from your account, you would be charged for the new user immediately, but recognise the credit for removing the old one on your next subscription renewal date. After this update, the credit for removing the old user is applied to the invoice for the new one, and you are not charged.
- Now you can see your credit balance and review changes to it in the app by navigating to the Billing page.
