Smarter reporting, better call handling and integration upgrades

Integrations

  • Entire OnHire
    • Our new Entire OnHire integration is live! Sync your contacts into VXT, and save your notes and important details about your calls to Entire OnHire.

Hold music

  • Your team can now choose custom hold music or messages that will play when you have put someone on hold during a call.
  • Find the new setting under Admin → Configuration → Calls → Hold music

Analytics emails

  • Receive automated email reports of your teams analytics by turning it on under Admin → Configuration → Calls → Analytics report emails.
  • Each report includes a table showing the users who place or answered the most and fewest calls since the last report, as well as an attached CSV of all call and SMS records since the last report.
  • You can configure who receives the email reports and the frequency that these are sent.

Bugs

  • This update included fixes to a variety of small bugs. Bugs relating to draft messages sticking around when they shouldn’t have now been fixed.
