What you'll be working on

As Event Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and attend events around the world. Your primary responsibilities include:

Conferences

Conferences are a key part of VXT’s customer acquisition strategy. We exhibit and speak at industry events and integration partner conferences.

• Research new events, negotiate commercial agreements, and plan the annual event calendar.
• Manage event logistics, including booth design and experience, merch, team travel, accommodation, and speaker presentations.
• Coordinate internal communications so VXT attendees are well prepared.

Owned events

• Plan and run file-notes-live events, including exclusive dinners and spa days.
• Plan, promote and host online webinars.

For all events, you will coordinate with the sales team for follow-up communications and report on event engagement and performance.

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of event marketing experience.
• This can be made a senior role for the right candidate.
• Experience in the legal industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.
