What you'll be working on
As an Account Executive at VXT, you'll play an essential role in our growth by meeting with and closing mid-market firms. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting discovery calls to understand firm structure, pain points, and buying processes.
- Running tailored demos that show clear ROI and connect VXT's features to their structure and pain points.
- Qualifying opportunities to ensure mutual fit - determining whether prospects are right for VXT.
- Navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes from demo through close, maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline.
- Representing VXT at conferences, driving demo bookings and building market presence.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to improve our go-to-market motion (VXT is highly interdisciplinary).
This is not a demand generation role. You'll work with inbound leads and focus on closing deals, not generating them.

Who we're looking for
- At least 2 years in an Account Executive role.
- Software sales experience is preferred.
