See who’s waiting and how long they’ve been in line

VXT queues calls in the order they arrive. If the caller is in your contacts, their name appears too. The app gently notifies you when a call is waiting, and reminds you periodically, so you never forget someone’s on hold and can stay on top of waiting calls.

Include a call queue in your call flows

Use a call queue in VXT’s call flow builder to customize how incoming calls are handled. Prioritize urgent matters, route calls to specific attorneys or departments, and offer clients a consistent experience.

Can I customize the call queue experience?

Yes, you can customize the call queue experience with hold music, or audio files you upload. If no users are checked in to the queue the call will immediately flow to the next step in the call flow builder.

How many callers can be in a queue at once?

By default, a call queue can have unlimited callers in line. We recommend you set this to a manual limit if you need to decrease wait times for your callers.
