Improved integrations, better call flows and navigation tweaks

Integrations

  • Actionstep
    • Allow more than 50 quick-codes, now shown in alphabetical order and with autocomplete searching.
  • Recruit Wizard
    • Improved formatting of notes saved to Recruit Wizard.
  • Salesforce
    • Timestamps are now included on saved tasks.

Billing

  • New accounts will now be charged in either AUD, NZD or USD depending on your country.

Call Flows

  • Queue node
    • Actions can now be configured for keypad presses while your caller is waiting in a queue. An example could be “press 1 to leave a voicemail” so that you can call them back later.

Contacts

  • We now show any user groups your team members are part of on their contacts profile.

Customization & Navigation

  • Phone, Team & Contacts now have adjustable dividers between the panes.
  • The sidebar (with Phone, Team, Contacts, Settings etc) can be collapsed with the small arrow in the bottom left of your screen - giving you back more of your screen when you need it.
  • VXT Desktop now has forwards and backwards buttons to help you get back to where you need to be.
