Integrations
- Xero Practice Manager
- Our new Xero Practice Manager integration is live! Sync your contacts into VXT, and save time entries and notes about your calls to jobs in Xero Practice Manager.
- MyCase
- Case notes now include the date and time of your call.
- Recruit Wizard
- Call notes can now include Recruit Wizard note types.
- Save summaries only
- Added a new option to let you save a call summary to an integration without including the full transcription of the call.
- Choose your transcription and summary sync setting in Admin → Configuration → Integrations.
MMS
- Outbound MMS
- File attachments like photos and documents can be sent using the attachment button from the SMS composer.
- These are sent as links so that you don’t have to pay extra MMS rates, only your SMS rate.
Call queue
- Minimised call queues
- When there aren’t any calls in your queue, we’ve made your floating queue smaller so that it doesn’t get in your way.
Bugs
- Introduced extra help when there are problems signing in to the desktop app using Safari, and signing in using Microsoft.
- Fixes to a variety of bugs including missing calls in analytics reports, and integration contacts showing after you disable contact syncing.
