Integrations

• Bullhorn & Vincere‍
  
  • Add an option to automatically save calls to all matching contacts in connected integrations when a call ends. Go to Admin -> Configuration -> Integrations to turn on.

• Clio & LEAP
  
  • Contacts now have default matters. You can choose a default matter for a contact from the Phone page. When you save a call with a contact to a matter in Clio or LEAP you are updating their default matter. If a contact has a default matter, that matter will be auto-selected at the end of each call (you no longer have to search for a matter every time you finish a call).

  • Auto-save SMS to matters.

  • Display project phases in project search results.

  • Allow selecting a range of dates at once.
  • Automatically populate national public holidays.

• Ring users
  
  • Disable "Skip offline users" option.
  • Collapse advanced settings.

• Queue
  
  • Allow users to play clips from the queue setup dialog.

Bugs

• This update included fixes to a variety of small bugs. Bugs relating to the dialler, draft messages, and the send via email button have been resolved.
