Add multiple people to your calls

Conference calling makes it easy to bring colleagues or clients into the conversation.

Collaborate from anywhere

Make decisions quickly by getting the right people in the room instantly (even if that room’s virtual). That means less email ping-pong, fewer wasted meetings, and avoids mistakes from miscommunication.

Frequently asked questions

Can I control who speaks during a conference call?

Not at the moment, it is up to each individual caller to mute/unmute themselves.

Can I record and transcribe conference calls?

Yes, with VXT conference calls can be recorded, transcribed and summarized just like normal calls.

How do I make a conference call?

You can start a conference call by selecting "Add to call" in the VXT call menu, and adding a contact. This will ring the contact you select and they will join the conference call if they choose to pick up.

What's the maximum number of users I can have in a conference call?

Currently VXT supports 15 members in a conference call. We believe you will reach a natural limit of how many people can be in a conversation at once well before this limit.
