Easily transfer calls so clients get answers right away.

Choose warm or cold transfers, depending on the call

In VXT you can make warm transfers (where you speak with the receiver while the caller is placed on hold) or cold transfers (which redirects the caller to the receiver without any prior conversation or explanation).

Collaborate with your team using Mentions

If the teammate you’re transferring to can’t pick up, you can leave a note from the caller with Mentions. VXT will automatically share any notes you took, the call recording, and the transcript in VXT Team and by email, so your teammate has everything they need to follow up.
