Speed optimisations plus smarter integrations for Smokeball and Bullhorn
- We've made some behind the scenes changes to improve performance and responsiveness when placing and answering calls.
- A call to someone using Do Not Disturb will now always skip them in ring nodes in call flows so that we reduce the amount of time the caller is waiting.
- Bullhorn:
- Expanded company search to handle multi word searches
- Smokeball:
- We now always save calls to Smokeball as completed tasks
- Added the ability to save calls into Smokeball against leads in addition matters
- We no longer save audio recordings to Smokeball due to their file size limits
- You can now create Smokeball contacts when saving a call to Smokeball in VXT
