Calling

Custom recording announcements. VXT now supports automatically playing your own audio files to participants on a recorded phone call. To select a custom recording announcement navigate to Admin -> Configuration -> Calls.
Transfer to voicemail. You can now transfer a call to a team member's voicemail, which sends the call straight to their voicemail without ringing them first.
Do Not Disturb. When a user has Do Not Disturb enabled, peforming a warm transfer to that user, or adding them to a conference call is disabled.
Calling emergency services. It is possible to call emergency services, but VXT is not intended for use in connection with emergency, public safety, or similar services; or as a replacement for a phone service used to contact emergency, public safety, or similar services.

Navigation

Filter by phone number. If you are assigned to multiple phone numbers it can be challenging to find the conversations on the Phone page associated with a specific number. Now you can filter your conversations and messages by phone number.
